Medical Treatment Mediation: the following activities were carried out in the course of 1999year till now Eye prosthesis for 52 children (each AMD 60,000) Hearing-aids for 46 children (each AMD 112,000) Eye glasses for 56 children (each AMD 7000) Glucometers for 11 children (each AMD 40,000) Wheelchairs, ortheses and crutches for 37 children Other medication for 26 children Medical examinations and surgery for 101 children Sanatorium treatment and massage for 52 children Medication on demand for 455 children Photographies >>> Since November 1, 2005 a charitable dental clinic has been functioning in the “Prkutyun” Center of Disabled Children and rendering service to disabled children and their families who are registered at the Center, as well as to members of families - beneficiaries of poverty allowance system of Shengavit district. 3. Socio-cultural program includes Charitable concert events with participation of well-known performers twice a year. One concert is held on the Day of Protection of Children, June 1, and the second one - on the International Day of Disabled People, December 3. The aforementioned activities aim to distract children with disabilities from their monotonous lifestyle and integrate them into the society, as well as offer gifts to the children after these activities. Baptism of children with disabilities: 76 children were baptized with the support of the Shengavit municipality and other sponsors during 1999-2005. Humanitarian aid: 473 children with disabilities are registered in the organization. Their families are categorized by social status. All families were periodically provided with humanitarian aid. >>>
